heart-focused meditations.  

  We offer an array of services  for the dedicated equestrian.   We believe that our horses are first a horse, then our partner and lastly an athlete.  Our programs have a strong focus on relationship building out of the saddle, proper muscle development of the horse, and improved balance of the rider as well as respectful ground work. Our instructors are experienced, kind and passionate about their work.    

 Mango Bay Equestrian offers a holistic approach to horse care.  We believe in ample turnout time, free choice hay, and group turnout when possible.  We provide excellent care and a friendly atmosphere.  Amenities include an indoor ring, two outdoor rings, group or individual turnout and access to fields for hacking.  Ship in for facility use is available. Located at 253 Davis Rd. in Bedford, MA

  Experience Pilates with Linda Frederick every Tuesday morning at 9:15 all while enjoying a beautiful view of the farm.  Linda has taught for over 30 years.  The limited class size allows for a focus on perfecting technique and individual support and includes a short guided meditation at the end of each class.
