What is Coffee with Horses?
Enjoy some coffee or tea and some quiet reflection time in the company of these amazing animals. Meditation with horses is a unique experience because they offer us their gift of coherence. Take some time for yourself to rejuvenate and connect with nature. One of our last participants said, “I feel like I just went to the spa for an hour, I’m so relaxed.”
Who is it for?
Anyone age 18 years or older. No horse experience required.
When is it and how do I sign up?
Sunday October 5th from 9:00-10:00 am
It usually runs overtime as participants meet and pet the horses

What do I need to bring?
We provide beverages (coffee, tea or water - iced option if it's hot) and a chair as well as a small notebook for journaling. All you need is weather appropriate clothing including long pants and closed toed shoes.
What if it rains? What if it's hot?
We have a covered indoor arena so it is in the shade.. rain or shine the event will go on.
Can I bring friends and family?
This is a great experience for individuals but also for friends and families. You can all sign up above or schedule a separate private group meditation session. For groups and business teams, we can add additional mindful activities and/or explore Mindful Leadership.

What if I reserve a spot and can't make it?
Since the number of spots are limited we do not give refunds or transfer reservations to different dates. However, if you'd like someone else to take your reserved spot we allow that as long as you contact us and let us know 24 hours or more before the event.
